Please note that for your security and the security of the property there is a doorbell camera, outside monitoring the front porch. Also, the private backyard is fully fenced, providing peace of mind with kids. POOL: PLEASE SUPERVISE CHILDREN IN THE POOL AREA AT ALL TIMES. Owners assume no responsibility for any accident or injury. There is a Alarm on the backdoor leading out to the Pool Area that announces when its opened There is also a lock on the door that should be used. Use the firepit responsibly and never leave it unattended. Use ALL items at your own risk including floats and life jackets. A gas grill is provided. Please clean after use and turn off the propane tank. Please do not move the grill towards the screen area and do not leave grill unattended. BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
